About Me
I have been an odd duck for quite a while now. In elementary school, I was the awkward one who didn't know how to play with the other kids and who got scared of anything that wasn't familiar. Ironically enough, I then became the kid in middle and high school who was brave enough to try everything. I stayed up late. I watched horror movies. I even started drawing comics to share with the class. Those simple days were just the start of my longstanding creative ambition.
I quickly found myself yearning for mediums beyond just comics, and took up my hand in creative writing. It was certainly awkward at first, but I was quickly enthralled by all the opportunities the medium had to offer. But that still wasn’t enough, so I pursued observation drawing and poetry towards the end of high school and my first years at Furman University. I fell in love with each new bizarre and wacky creation my hand would pen. Everything I make, whether it be comic strips or haikus, I always strive to imbue it with that same joy and that same energy I had the first time I explored content creation back in school. That joy got me out of my shell, and I can only hope to do the same for somebody else out there. That’s why I love this job!
